We started with the goal of bringing data science from large corporations to mid-sized companies. But we soon realized that companies need more—a data guide that bridges technology, customer insight, and integration. We offer all of that today. We follow trends, but we focus on what makes sense in the long run. Together, we’re making big strides.”

A data scientist since time immemorial. A data geek and project manager. He has been involved in analytics since 1996. He worked at RCA-Research as an analyst and programmer, then became a research manager at the renowned Gallup Organization. At the marketing agency OgilvyOne, he worked on projects such as customer segmentation for a mobile operator and the evaluation of marketing activities, specializing in data mining and data science. He joined O2 as an experienced data scientist and created many customer behavior models that were successfully deployed.

In his free time, Honza enjoys walking, even to work.

Rostislav is a professional with expertise in Microsoft Azure, which enables him to contribute effectively to strategy development in the financial sector, even though his primary focus is not limited to strategic planning. His expertise in cloud technologies and IT security, combined with his skills in artificial intelligence and team leadership, ensure that he influences the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Rostislav is thus a key player in the digital transformation process, and his work on projects such as the transformation of Trinity Bank demonstrates his ability to apply these skills in a practical setting.

Johana gained experience in data analysis on both the client and vendor sides. For many years, she specialized in the telecommunications sector, where she initially contributed to customer service pricing and later led the marketing analytics and reporting department. She leveraged this experience with other clients across various industries (e.g., banking, insurance, energy, tobacco). She contributed to the strategy and design of loyalty programs, the preparation of customer segmentations and affinity models, and subsequently evaluated their success and impact on clients’ businesses.

Johanka loves cycling, running, and swimming.

Tomáš gained expertise in data and cloud solutions through his work on complex systems for a company in the gaming industry specializing in mobile applications. This experience enabled him to master data architecture and optimization. He now applies this knowledge at Data Mind to implement a wide range of data engineering solutions and consistently delivers projects that improve system efficiency and data availability.

In his free time, he enjoys swimming, traveling, hiking, and bikepacking.

Radim is a passionate programmer specializing in data engineering, with advanced knowledge of Python and SQL. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures, particularly on cloud platforms. Thanks to his skills, he delivers flexible and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Recently, he has been focusing on AI development and its implementation into business processes, helping organizations leverage the potential of data for strategic growth and effective decision-making.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and music.

Martin studied computer science and statistics at the University of Economics in Prague. He started out as a web application developer and still has a passion for programming today. He got into analytics and data science at the Wunderman agency, where he worked on tasks such as creating customer segments and managing ETL processes between the agency, client systems, and other online applications. He also has experience with web scraping and chatbot development.

He is interested in cars from the last century and enjoys spending his free time on trips to the countryside.

Petr graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a degree in Applied Computer Science. He gained his first experience working with data while still a student, when he began working at KPMG as a developer of internal reports. At Data Mind, he focuses on business analysis, PBI, and data analysis.

In his free time, he enjoys cars, photography, and movies, plays sports, and plays PC games.

Damir graduated with a degree in Applied Computer Science from the University of Economics. He gained his first professional experience in data analytics at a construction company. He holds the "Azure Data Engineer Associate" certification from Microsoft. He is skilled at quickly mastering new tools and technologies, which allows him to effectively contribute to new projects and support the team’s efforts. At Data Mind, he focuses on data analytics and engineering.

In his free time, he enjoys soccer and table tennis.

Míša discovered her passion for working with data while studying at the University of Economics, where she focused on economics and econometric methods. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in both finance and data analysis, which allows her to bridge the gap between business context and technical data processing. At Data Mind, she primarily focuses on creating reports in Power BI and data analysis.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and ornithology.

Lenka is a sales consultant with several years of experience at RTB House, where she helped clients leverage personalized online advertising powered by deep learning. She enjoys connecting technological innovations with real business results and showing companies how data and smart analytics can directly drive their growth. At Data Mind, she helps clients navigate the possibilities of data solutions and translate them into concrete benefits for their businesses.

In her free time, she enjoys reading (mainly detective novels and thrillers), traveling, and going to the gym.

After studying demography and sociology at the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Arts at Charles University, she focused primarily on reporting and evaluating marketing campaigns in the automotive industry. She helped develop data collection and processing procedures. She is now in charge of Data Mind’s internal operations.

Káťa enjoys folk dancing, the history of everyday life in the 19th century, and training both dogs and her own children.
